Bicycle and Pedestrian Injuries
If you or a loved one has been injured in a pedestrian or bicycle accident involving a motor vehicle, the pedestrian or bicyclist is entitled to certain rights under the Michigan No-Fault law.
A bicyclist or pedestrian injured in a motor vehicle accident may be able to recover personal injury protection (PIP) benefits under Michigan’s No-Fault statute. PIP benefits can include payment for medical care, attendant care, medical mileage, wage loss, as well as replacement services. It is also possible for a bicyclist or pedestrian injured in a motor vehicle accident to recover non-economic damages (for pain and suffering) from the negligent driver and his or her insurer.Another Satisfied Client
